Winter Scavenger Hunt - February 1, 2025

February 1st - A Winter Scavenger Hunt!

Its the perfect time of year for an outdoor Winter Scavenger Hunt that will take you around the Village of St Jacobs. If you think you can get your winter groove on, come out and enjoy a fantastic day in the Village with us! 

PLEASE READ BELOW  - Important details for the two team divisions

1. Friends & Family Division - $40 Per Team  10:45am Start

The Friends & Family division is no cake walk! Its just not meant to be super competitive. In this scavenger hunt you will be given a map that will provide the walking trail you need to follow to find the 12 hidden items. 

On the map will be a clue to each items location, and an image of the item so you know what you are looking for. 

• You will need to bring your phone to take a selfie with each item! For every found item you will be given a ticket at the end of the hunt.
  
  
• Fun stuff included in all registrations is a WARM DRINK (coffee or hot chocolate ) and COOKIE from CHEF DUFF for every team member.  
  
  

Prizes for Family & Friends Division:

Each Family & Friends ticket is an entry in to our prize box that has a variety of giveaway items for all to enjoy!

2. Competitive Division - $65 Per Team 10:00 am Start

This is not only for fun, its a race. May the best team win!

In this scavenger hunt you will be given a map that will provide the walking trail you need to follow to find the 12 hidden items. The map will only have clues to the location and description of each item, NO images.  

• As well your team will have to complete 3 tasks - a physical task, a group task and a brain teaser.  You will need to bring your phone to take a selfie with each item! 
  
  
• The winning team will be determined based on a combination of: time of completion, total number of items found ( minimum 8 to qualify for prizing ) and task completions. 
  
  
• Fun stuff included in all registrations is a WARM DRINK (coffee or hot chocolate ) and COOKIE from CHEF DUFF for every team member.  

Prizes for the Competitive Division 

1st Place

$100 Gift Certificate per each winning team member for CHANGE Lifestyle & Apparel.

2nd Place

 8 passes and gear rentals for Grand River Rocks! ( each team member can bring a friend!)

3rd Place

$100 Gift Certificate from The Village Biergarten
